Hallo, ich bin seit Montag Telekomkunde. Ich habe auch Disney+ und RTL+Premium in meinem Vertrag. Jetzt wollte ich auf Disney+ eine Serie streamen und sollte mich mit meiner EMailadresse anmelden. Leider bekomme ich dann die Meldung das die Emailadresse unbekannt ist...!!!????

Kann mir da jemand helfen??

      Dankeschön!!!! Ich hatte schon den Anruf. Innerhalb der nächsten halben Stunde soll die Mail da sein.....
