Hallo, 

Ich habe bis gestern Disney Plus Jubiläumsgeschenk genutzt. Das sollte automatisch zum 16.10.2024 beendet werden. 

Nun wollte ich ein Jahresabo aktivieren, was nicht möglich ist. Es kommt der Hinweis, daß ich über Telekom bereits ein Abo habe.

Was muss ich tun damit Telekom das Abo entfernt?
