Hallo,

mein Disney+ Standard ABO was ich im November 2023 über "Magenta Moments" geschenkt bekommen habe, lässt sich nicht mehr anschauen.

Soll heißen: wenn ich mich einlogge bei Disney+ möchte man das ich ein neues ABO abschliesse. Obwohl das Geschenk-ABO noch bis zum 16.10.2024 gültig ist. Ich komme auch nicht um das Prozedere drumrum.

Weiß einer Rat?
