Disney+ abonniert,seit Monaten funktioniert es nicht

Hey,ich habe Disney+ abonniert, seit Anfang an funktioniert es nicht. Bis jetzt habe ich auch keine Zugangsdaten bekommen. Habe mich schon öfters gemeldet. Wer kann mir da ein paar Tipps geben?

    schade, dass du Disney+ bisher noch nicht nutzen konntest. Ich unterstütze dich hier selbstverständlich gerne.
    Im Anschluss an die Buchung von Disney+ solltest du eine Auftragsbestätigung mit weiteren Informationen zur Account-Anlage
    bei Disney sowie einen persönlichen Registrierungslink, mit dem der Disney+ Account angelegt werden kann, erhalten haben.
    Nach Anlage des Nutzer-Accounts ist der Zugang zu Disney+ über die Disney+ App nutzbar.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
