DAZN Buchung funktionierte nicht über Magenta Link

Ich wollte gestern mit Freunden  das BVB- Spiel  sehen und wollte DAZN dazu buchen- das Buchen klappte auch- das Spiel 

wurde dennoch nicht freigeschaltet. Ich hing in einer Schleife fest, die mich immer wieder auf die "Dazubuchoption" von DAZN zurückbrachte.

Nur eine Registrierung bei DAZN, verbunden mit einer PAYPAL- Zahlung führte zur Ansicht des  gewünschten Spiels. 

 

Heute Morgen sah ich auf meinem Handy die Aufforderung der Telekom, ich müsse mich mit meinem Handy noch bei DAZN registrieren,- davon war gestern in der Menüführung auf dem Fernseher nichts zu lesen- Da ich jetzt mit DAZN ein bezahltes Monats-Abo abgeschlossen habe, möchte ich  die Buchung  bei der Telekom widerrufen, soweit ein Vertrag überhaupt zustande gekommen 

ist, da eine Freischaltung nicht erfolgt ist, um eine Doppelbezahlung zu vermeiden. 

Kann ich dies auf diesem Wege machen

    Bei der schriftlichen Auftragsbestätigung der Telekom ist ein Formular zum Widerruf enthalten. Dieses einfach nutzen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
