Abschluss Magenta Sport Abo nicht aktiv obwohl ich es über Kundencenter/Mobilfunkvertrag abgeschlossen habe

@Support Hallo, ich habe über das Kundencenter, in dem mein Mobilfunkvertrag sichtbar ist Magenta Sport abgeschlossen. Gestern wollte ich in der App am Fernseher 3. Liga schauen und dann kommt die Meldung "Sie müssen für diesen Inhalt ein Abo abschließen". Wenn ich dies noch einmal tun möchte kommt die Meldung "Sie haben diesen Service bereits gekauft! ... hmm, was muss ich tun, damit Magenta Sport dieses Abo erkennt und aktiviert?

    Lösch mal die Nummer, auf der das Abo läuft, als Nutzerverknüpfung heraus und füge sie neu hinzu.

    Danke für den Tipp. Ich hatte das gleiche Problem wie der Fragesteller und kann nun dank ihres Tipps endlich Live schauen. Es hat tatsächlich die Nutzerverknüpfung gefehlt. Der Telekom-Mitarbeiter am Freitag am Telefon hatte nur die Vertragspartnerknüpfung erwähnt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
