Wie finde ich heraus, welches MagentaTV ich nutze?

Ab wann sind Wiederholungen in der Magenta Sport App verfügbar?

Hallo,

Samstag 14 Uhr Anpfiff - da bin ich meist nicht zu Hause. 

Schalte ich zB um 15 Uhr rein startet der Stream Live ...Spule ich also in 20Sek Schritten zurück zum Anfang und kann das Spiel von vorne schauen. Sehr umständlich aber geht.

 

Heute nach dem Spiel angeschaltet - Wiederholung noch nicht da...

Jetzt ist 18 Uhr. Ab wann sind die Wiederholungen da ? Warum dauert das so lange...es ist doch aufgezeichnet und während der Übertragung kann man doch auch von vorne schauen?

 

Bitte kurze Antwort wann ich das Spiel sehen kann.

    Das würde mich auch interessieren. Warte hier schon ewig, dass die Spiele der 3. Liga online gehen. Dauert sonst 1h. Was ist das los?

    Hallo @benni0001, schön, dass ich Sie in der Telekom hilft Community begrüßen darf.

    Bitte entschuldigen Sie, dass ich mich erst heute hier im Beitrag melde.

    Konnten Sie das Spiel inzwischen als Wiederholung sehen? Oder ist es immer noch nicht vorhanden? Um welches Spiel geht es?

    Hi!

    Ich habe genau das selbe Problem.

    Es gibt nur eine Unterschied, Anstoß war 14.00 Uhr und jetzt ist es bereits 20.20 Uhr!

    Der Mann von der Hotline meinte das dauert halt seine Zeit.

    Das war ich bisher nicht gewohnt und mehr als 4 h sind einfach nicht Zeitgemäß!

    3. Liga Freiburg II - Wehen Wiesbaden. Beginn 18.45 Uhr. Um 22:14 konnte ich die Wiederholung starten.

    Um 19 Uhr spielte heute Osnabrück gegen Duisburg. Jetzt um 22:51 gibt es immernoch keine Wiederholung. Ist das denn so schwierig? So lohnt sich Magenta nicht für mich. Ich muss morgen früh auch wieder raus...

    Wir versuchen immer so schnell wie möglich die Highlights und Wiederholungen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Tut mir leid, dass es bei dem Spiel wohl länger gedauert hat.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
