Ich kann meine Aufnahmen über die Magenta Mediathek nicht schauen ! Immer wieder kommt die Meldung: 4001] oder [1001] Das hat leider nicht funktioniert. Bitte versuche es noch einmal. [9]

am Telefon konnte man mir nicht helfen
