Telekom Geburtstagsgeschenk einlösen

Hallo miteinander,

 

ich habe zu meinem Geburtstag von Telekom eine Karte mit einem Gutscheincode zugeschickt bekommen.

Auf der Telekomseite, nachdem man sich einloggt mit diesen Code, kann man sich aus diverse Sachen von Pauschalreise, Kugelschreiben, Musikbox, etc Eine aussuchen.

Ich habe mich einmal eingeloggt, allerdings noch nicht entschieden, was ich möchte und jetzt kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen, weil es mir nach der Eingabe des Codes anzeigt, dass mein Code falsch wäre, ich solle es erneuert versuchen.

 

Internet Explore, Google Chrome, am Handy - immer das gleiche Ergebnis. 

Kann mir Jemand weiterhelfen?

 

Mein Geburtstag war Anfang Juni und der Gutschein hat eine Gültigkeit von 3 Monaten...

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
