@smarb Schon mal darüber nachgedacht, vielleicht sogar eine kleine USV zu installieren, damit Dein Internet auch bei einem Stromausfall noch eine Weile funktioniert?

@wolliballa well, dear forum member, if I was an expert at these technical questions, I wouldn't ask a presumably simple thing about the type of sockets needed to be plugged in by all these devices as mentioned above. 

With deep regret I have to admit not being able to grasp the meaning of this  presumptive three-lettered abbreviation, you've mentioned in your answer.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your answer and and trying to support my utter helplessness when it comes to technical questions.

@smarb Das Ding heißt wie beschrieben 'USV'. Und wenn Du nur an knappen Hinweisen interessiert bist ( die Du Dir als 'Otto Normalverbraucher' auch selbst hättest geben können), dann eben 'da nich für'.

Wir hatten hier schon Kunden-Kolleginnen / -Kollegen, die gar nicht wussten, dass es so etwas für kleines Geld gibt und sich gefreut hätten, vor einem  BlackOut oder Gewitter davon gewusst zu haben.
