I bought a Samsung Neo QLED TV. A promotional code was integrated into the offer. I'm trying to redeem the code on the Telekom website www.telekom.de/Samsung-collection. I'm trying to see where the promotional code can be redeemed while I'm processing the order with Telekom. but I am unsuccessful. I asked the community for help, they said they were using a different browser or computer. I tried different browsers and different computers. I tried to contact the customer for help by calling the following numbers. No help I got.
