Norton Internet Security Online startet unter Windows 10 erst nach Neustart

Hallo,

 

ich habe dieses Problem schon zigmal hier und an anderen Stellen gelesen, keine der beschriebenen Lösungsansätze hat mir aber geholfen: Norton Internet Security mit Backup (Vers.: 22.9.4.8) startet nicht, wird insbesondere nicht in der Taskleiste angezeigt, lässt sich aber auch nicht über die Verknüpfung im Desktop oder die .exe-Datei im Programmordner öffnen. Das alles ist erst nach einem Neustart des OS  - Windows 10 (Vers.: 1607) - möglich. 

Weiß jemand Rat?

      Ein's vorweg: Ich kenne Norton Security nicht.

      Es kann aber gut sein, daß beim Systemstart das ausführbare Programm (.EXE-Datei) mit einem bestimmten Parameter ausgeführt wird. (z.B. Programm.exe /autorun /silent)

      Dieses Programm /parameter wird meistens nach der Installation in die Registry geschrieben und über den Autostart geladen.

      Dann gibt es wiederum Fälle, wo erst ein Hintergrund-Dienst (Service) gestartet werden muß, bevor das eigentliche Programm gestartet werden kann.

      Das geht nur mit einem Systemstart oder Manuell mit dem Net-Befehl über die Kommandozeile.

      N'abend,

      eigentlich bemüht sich Norton, dass es so schnel wie möglich und automatisch startet.


      Steht eine NSBU.EXE im Taskmanager? Dann ist ggf. nur die Anzeige in der Taskleiste fehlerhaft.


      Funktioniert es, wenn Du die Startdatei (Windows, START, Alle programme; Norton, Norton Security) in den Autostart-Ordner kopierst?

      Versuch es mit dem Norton Tool zu deinstallieren und wieder zu installieren. Lass dem programm bei der installation etwas Zeit. Da läuft noch einiges im Hintergrund. Das Removal Tool ggf. mehrfach durchlaufen lassen. Beim Installieren direkt als Nutzer "Administrator" anmelden.

       

      Ist irgend ein anderes "Sicherheitsprogramm" noch installiert, welches z.B. als Beigabe zu anderer Software auf Deinem PC Asyl gefunden hat? Das bitte de-installieren.
