Moments in Mein Magenta App

Hallo, mir werden keine Moments in der Mein Magenta App angezeigt.

ich bin dort über meinen privaten Telekom DSL-Vertrag wie auch meiner Business Mobiilnummer angemeldet.

kann mir jemand helfen, wie ich an den Momentsaktionen teilhaben kann?

    Ich konnte das Thema nun lösen!

    Am PC konnte ich im neuen Kundencenter die Ansicht zur alten Variante des Kundencenters wechseln, hierzu gibt es ein blau-graues Hinweisfeld!

    Dann konnte ich ich unter "Verträge verwalten" - "Vertrag hinzufügen" den Mobilfunkvertrag bzw. die Mobilnummer löschen.

    Danach habe ich mich in meiner Mein-Magenta-App auf dem Handy abgemeldet, App geschlossen und neu geöffnet. wieder angemeldet und somit war der Zugriff auf die Moments da.

    Hallo zusammen,

     

    der BSP Zugang wurde gelöscht. Die Mobilfunkverträge tauchen noch immer im Festnetz Kundencenter auf.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
