Leitung zwischen Apl und tae gekappt

Hi, ich hoffe ich bin hier richtig.

Da alle Kabel kurz über dem Apl zerschnitten worden sind ( 40 cm darüber), drängt sich mir die Frage auf, wer diese nun reparieren muss.

Überputz, Mehrfamilienhaus, 8 Parteien. Darf meine Vermietung ihre eigene Elektro Firma dafür beauftragen, oder darf nur die Telekom Hand anlegen?
