Intelligente Firewall deaktiviert Norton Security Online

Hallo an Alle,

Die Intelligente Firewall deaktiviert sich kurz nach Start des Computers selbständig. Sie läßt sich in den Schnellsteuerung nicht wieder aktivieren. Im Untermenü Einstellungen/Firewall ist alles ausgegraut und somit nicht veränderbar.

Was kann ich tun um dies zu ändern und die intelligente Firewall dauerhaft zu aktivieren. (Windows 10, 64-Bit)
