Hallo,

Habe über Telekom Norton 360 Grad. Eine Lizenz (von Basispaket M?) ist frei.

Problem: Wenn ich die Lizenz auf mein Smartphon (Samsung Galaxy M51, Android 10) runterladen will, kommen folgende Meldungen:

-Keine Lizenz

-Ihr Abonnement erhält keinen Schutz für dieses Gerät

Frage: Ist das Sicherheitspaket nicht für Mobile Security geeignet oder was mache ich falsch?
