Hilfe bei einstellung "anklopfen"

Ich hab eine Karte vom Telekom aber kann im den Einstellungen nicht einstellen, dass bei laufenden anrufen angeklopft wird. Kann mir jemand sagen woran es liegt? Habe ein samsung s7

      um was für eine Karte handelt es sich? Prepaid?

      diese Funktion gibt es für Prepaid nicht
