Ich habe seit 1 Jahr Magenta TV.

Immer wenn ich bei Magenta Moments Gewinnspielen mitmachen möchte, und meine Telefonnummer eintrage, wird mir kein Code per sms zugeschickt, somit kann ich beim Gewinnspiel nicht teilnehmen.

ich habe keine Blockierung für fremde Kontakte und meine Handynummer gebe ich immer korrekt ein. Woran liegt das?
