2 Treue Geschenke / Vorteile werden bei "Moments" in Mein Magenta App nicht angezeigt/angeboten

Hallo! Ich habe seit Januar einen Magenta TV MegaStream Vertrag und schon länger einen Prepaid 5G Jahresvertrag.

 

Aktuell sollen seit gestern für Bestandskunden laut Internetmeldungen zwei Vorteile/Geschenke existieren, die mir in der MeinMagenta App unter Moments aber nicht angezeigt werden:

1) MagentaSport 4 Monate geschenkt

2) Apple TV+ für sechs Monate kostenlos

 

Eigentlich müstste ich zum berechtigten Personenkreis gehören. Werden die Vorteile bei den vielen Bestandskunden erst nach und nach in die jeweilige App eingestellt oder liegt hier ein Fehler vor?

    Das geht erst ab heute, aber da denke ich eher, das es morgen kommen wird.

    Ist denn der Prepaid auch in der MeinMagenta-App?

    Ebenso solltest du da auch mit den Logindaten der Prepaid in der MeinMagenta-App angemeldet sein.

    Die Logindaten bei der Telekom sind identisch. Beide Verträge werden in der MeinMagentaApp angezeigt.

    Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Wir selbst haben noch nichts gehört, aber ich weiß, dass dies vereinzelt vorkommt und dass der Fehler bereits in der Analyse ist. Wir melden uns erneut, sobald wir etwas hören. Danke für deine Geduld. ^Sven

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
