Speedport Smart 4 mit Homematic ip-Geräte betreiben

Hallo und guten Tag, 

ich habe von der Telekom dem Speedport Smart 4 Router bekommen und möchte mit ihm Homematic IP-Geräte betreiben. Den Homematic IP-Stick  habe ich schon angeschlossen. Das  HZ-Körperthermostat ist ein Homematic IP HMIP-ETRV-B und der Fensterkontakt ist ein Homematic IP HMIP-SWDO optisch. Habe beide gekoppelt. Jedes mal wenn  die Tür aufgeht, bekomme ich von der Magenta Smarthome-App folgende Meldung: "Deine Heizung läuft immer noch, während eine Tür oder ein Fenstergeöffnet ist". 

Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee was hier falsch läuft? Der HZ-Körperthermostat läuft richtig.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
