Wir haben einen gemieteten Speedport Pro Plus. Da sollte SmartHome Pro inklusive sein, oder?

Wenn wir allerdings SmartHome über die App einrichten bzw. über die Website (https://my.qivicon.com/), dann haben wir immer nur Zugriff zu SmartHome Basic, nicht Pro.

Wie kann man von SmartHome Basic zu SmartHome Pro (im EGSP inklusive) wechseln?
