Hallo,

die Magenta Zuhause App startet ständig neu und lässt sich dadurch nicht mehr bedienen.

Diese hat bisher im normal funktioniert.

Smartphone Google Pixel 6 pro

Android 15

App Version 3.7.0

Neustart Smartphone bringt nichts.

    Hallo, danke für den Tipp. Muss ich dann wieder sämtliche Geräte (Stecker, Heizkörperthermostate usw.) neu einrichten?

    Moin @Johannes-Martin Kähn,

     

    bitte einmal App Daten und Cache löschen und dann die App deinstallieren. Jetzt das Gerät neu starten und die App wieder installieren.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
