Keine Verbindung zur HomeBase 2

Hallo, ich kann seit heute meine Magenta SmartHome App nicht mehr öffnen bzw. die App bekommt keine Verbindung zu meiner HomeBase 2.
Die HomeBase 2 blinkt nur die ganze Zeit abwechselnd grün/weiss

Auch 30 Minuten stromlos haben nichts gebracht, sie blinkt einfach immer weiter.
Was könnte da für eine Störung vorliegen?
