Hallo,

seit gestern abend habe ich wieder ein Problem mit home smart:

 

 

Die App meldet Zentrale offline, Fehlercode 99004. Auch eine lokale Anmeldung funktioniert nicht. Stets wird mir angegeben, das eingegebene Passwort sei falsch, was nicht der Fall ist.

 

Gibt es wieder Wartungsarbeiten?

Das WLAN einmal komplett aus, hat bislang nicht geholfen.

      nimm die Zentrale mal für 15 Minuten vom Strom.
