Zweite MultiSim bei Magenta XXL

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich bin ja jetzt doch etwas sehr überrascht!

Gestern hatte ich ja fälschlicherweise für eine Apple Watch im Kundencenter eine zweite MultiSim zu meinem XXL-Vertrag bestellt, diese konnte ich für 4,95€ bestellen.

Jetzt habe ich meine Apple Watch eingerichtet, musste im Einrichtungsprozess verständlicherweise eine zweite MultiSim beauftragen, jedoch wird diese jetzt mit 29,19€ aufgeführt.

 

Soll ich hier als Kunde tatsächlich zum XXL-Vertrag hinzu zweimal die 29,19€/mtl. bezahlen? 
Die erste MultiSim wird in einem iPad verwendet, die zweite in der Apple Watch.

      Nur bei einer SmartWatch fällt der Preis auf die ca. 5€, in Tablets und Smartphones kostet die MultiSim in deinem Vertrag die knapp 30€

      Sorry, dann habe ich mich missverständlich ausgedrückt.

       

      MultiSim 1 ist seit Jahren im iPad im Betrieb für mtl. 29,19€. - So soll es sein.

       

      Nun habe ich MultiSim 2 mit der Apple Watch aktiviert, diese sollte eigentlich 4,95€/mtl. kosten, wird im Kundencenter aber ebenfalls für 29,19€ angezeigt. 

      Hoffe das es jetzt verständlich ist.

      ich habe auch diesen Tarif und nur eine Multisim in der Watch

       

      Schau mal ob sich dies bei dir nicht auch so darstellt.

      Es werden nämlich auch auf der Rechnung erst 29,95€ berechnet und dann 25 wieder gutgeschrieben

      Was du nun gestern falsch gemacht hast, ist nicht erklärt.

      Fakt ist, jede Multisim in dem Vertrag kostet 29,95.

      Für eine Watch, bekommst du allerdings 25 € Gutschrift. pro Monat.

      ok, da wäre ich mir nun selbst nicht so sicher -- eigentlich hätte ich es so fett makieren sollen
