Xplora x6 hat keine Verbindung mehr

Wir haben eine neue Xplora x6 Play Uhr.
Die Einrichtung hat gut funktioniert. Nach ca. 1 Woche findet die Uhr keine Verbindung mehr. Oben links kommt kein Telekom Symbol. Nachrichten gehen. Anrufe sind nicht möglich. Aus- und Einschalten half auch nichts.
Was kann ich noch tun?
