Guten Abend

leider lässt sich die xplora 5 nicht aktivieren

Die Uhr bringt immer den Fehler das die Esim noch nicht aktiviert ist!
Uhr wurde Anfang Dezember im Telekom Shop abgeholt. Online Aktivierung klappt leider auch nicht.
was können wir nun tun?
