Wo finde ich die gespeicherte Dateien?

Anhänge aus Emails auf meinem Android Mobilphone klicke ich an, dann kommt die Meldung 'Anhang wird im Dowload Ordner gespeichert'.

Aber wo finde ich den auf dem Mobiltelefon?

In meinem Menü habe ich weder den Punkt "Eigene Dateien" noch "Dateimanger".
