    In die Meinmagenta-App als Vertragspartner einloggen und unter Moments es aktivieren.

    Dabei musst du aber auch die Voraussetzungen erfüllen, sonst wird es dort nicht angezeigt.

    Habe genau die gleiche Frage, in der Magenta App wird das Geschenk angezeigt, wenn ich auf den Link "zum Vorteil" klicke erscheint nur Error Telekom, und Hinweis, über den Link weiter oben wird das gleiche angezeigt.

     

    Irgendwie schade ...

    das Angebot wird in MagentaMoments angezeigt und dann musst du dir den Vorteil sichern.

     

    @jensboss ich habe gerade versucht dich zu erreichen, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Wann passt es zeitlich besser? Dann schaue ich mir den Fehler mal genauer an.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
