Widget Zeigt kein Datenvolumen

Hallo,

habe schon länger das Problem wenn ich mich in der MeinMagenta App einlogge, mir das Datenvolumen im iOS Widget nicht angezeigt wird. Habe in der App die Verträge sortiert und 2 Tage getestet, ohne erfolg. Auch eine Neuinstallation hat nicht geholfen.

Es funktioniert nur ohne Login. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
