Mein Vertrag hat eine rückabwicklung bekommen.

Ich habe weil der MagentaXL Vertrag aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich ist, eine rückabwicklung bekommen .

Auf einen Magenta L Vertrag, hier besteht aber weiterhin das selbe Problem. Wie soll ich nun vorgehen?
