Hallo Gemeinde 😊

ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Lösung für mein Tarifwechselproblem.
Zum einen habe ich einen Magenta Mobil S mit Smartphone (2. Generation)-Tarif, denn ich beim Wechsel auf einen For-Friends-Tarif auf einen Mobil M ohne Smartphone For Friends wechseln möchte. Das sollte so funktionieren.

Mit meiner Family Card S (2. Generation) komme ich nicht weiter. Gibt es hier For-Friends-Family Cards? Wenn ja, wie wechsle ich die?

Wenn nein, würde ich die Card kündigen und in den Mobil s For Friends wechseln. Kann ich hierbei die Rufnummer mitnehmen?

Es gibt keine Family Cards for Friends. Du musst die karte auch nicht kündigen. Einfach umstellen lassen zum ende der Mindestvertragslaufzeit.
