Vertragsverlängerung von For Friends Vertrag -> bei Wechsel in Flex nur 15% Rabatt

Hallo.

 

Ich habe einen zu Ende November geküdingten MagentaMobil S for Friends Vertrag. Ich würde diesen gerne wie gehabt fortführen (32,18 EUR pro Monat inkl. MultiSIM für die Apple Watch), allerdings in die Flex Option wechseln, da der Vertrag eh ohne Smartphone ist.

 

Wenn ich die VVL online aufrufe, werden mir bei der Flex Variante "nur" 15% Rabatt auf den Tarif abgezogen. Wenn ich bei 24 Monaten Laufzeit bleiben würde, zeigt es mir den jetzigen Preis von 32,18 EUR richtig an. Ich habe das ganze einmal nicht eingeloggt mit einem Neuvertrag angesehen, dann werden auch bei der Flex Option die 30% Rabatt gewährt.

 

Daher meine Frage: Handelt es sich hier um einen Fehler und die Kollegen an der Hotline könnten dies eventuell manuell mit 30% verlängern oder ist es so gewollt?

 

Bin auch gerne unter den hinterlegten Kontaktdaten ganztägig zu erreichen.

P.S.: Es geht gleichzeitig auch noch um den identischen Vorgang mit dem Vertrag meiner Frau.

    Im Felx, da nur 1 Monat Laufzeit, gibt es halt nur die 15%.

    Danke erst mal für die Antwort. Wie oben bereits geschrieben, wenn man den Flex als Neuvertrag abschließt, gibt es aber die 30%. Daher meine Frage...

    Guten Abend @tsieling,

    ich kann bei der Flexvariante keinen Rabatt über 30 Prozent eintragen, das geht nur bei dem Tarif mit regulärer Laufzeit. Ich finde das sind super Konditionen, da lohnt sich auch eine neue Bindung.

    @Diandra S. Ist eigentlich ganz einfach. Über die normale For Friends Webseite geht es.  (Siehe Screenshot im Anhang)

    Aber ich merke schon, wir sind wohl bei der Konkurrenz besser aufgehoben. Schade nach so langer Zeit.

    Diese Konditionen werden bei der Vertragsverlängerung in der Flex Variante nicht angeboten @tsieling, auch nicht über mein System. Ich finde es sehr schade, wenn ihr uns deswegen verlasst, dennoch hoffe ich, dass ihr anderweitig alle Wünsche erfüllt bekommt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
