Hallo,

wie kann es sein das ich meinen Mobilfunk Vertrag am 05.01.22 verlängere und AirPods Max erhalte deren Garantie am 17.10.2022 endet?

Wird bei der Telekom Ware versendet die ein anderer Kunde bereits aktiviert und retourniert hat?

So etwas erwarte ich nicht bei der Telekom und erwarte umgehend Klärung und Austausch.
