ich möchte meinen Mobil-Vertrag in Prepaid umwandeln (MagentaMobile Prepaid M) Mein Vertrag läuft bis 24.12.2019. Können Sie bitte die Umstellung nach Vertagsende vornehmen, so dass ich meine Sim-Karte und meine Telefonnummer behalte?

      Hallo, hab heute eine Mail bekommen, dass mein Vertrag am 23.12. auf Prepaid umgestellt wird.
