Gibt es aktuell Probleme beim Verbindungsaufbau im Bereich Harz und Halle/Leipzig?

Denn anrufen von verschiedenen Teilnehmern aus dem Telekom-Netz beklagen dies.

Mobile Datenverbindung hat keine Probleme.
