wäre es möglich, einen aktuellen Vertrag (Smart Connect S), der mit einer Smartwatch gekoppelt ist, auf ein Smartphone zu übertragen?

Konkret: das eSIM-Profil (installiert auf einer Smartwatch) auf einem anderen Gerät (Smartphone) installieren.
