Trotz Week Pass kein Internet in Sri Lanka

Ich bin zur Zeit in Sri Lanka und habe den Week Pass für Ländergruppe 3 gebucht. Am Flughafen hat es noch funktioniert,aber sonst nirgends . Obwohl das Habdy Netz hier super ausgebaut ist und mir auch Dialog Telekom 4G angezeigt wird.

Mobile Daten und Roaming ist an!!

Woran kann es liegen?
