Telekom for Friends Vertragsverlängerung

Hallo Zusammen, 

ich hätte eine Frage. 

Mein Telekom for friends Tarif läuft zu Mitte/Ende Oktober aus. 

Ich warte aktuell auf das neue iPhone 12 pro Max welches ja erst im November oder Dezember erscheint. 

 

Was muss ich jetzt machen? 

 

Ich sehe in der Telekom App das ich jetzt schon verlängern kann, aber ich möchte ja warten.

Werden meine 30 % bleiben wenn ich auf das neue iphone warte? 

 

Was passiert mit meinem Magenta L Tarif?

Aktuell habe ich ja die Konditionen von vor 2 Jahren mit 10 GB Volumen. 

Die jetzigen Magenta L Tarife haben ja aber statt meiner aktuellen 10 GB jetzt 24 GB

 

Habe ich bei Vertragsverlängerung im November/Dezember mit dem neuen iPhone 12 pro Max dann automatisch die 30 % Preisvorteil inkl. der 24 Gb Internetvolumen oder muss ich hier noch irgendwas machen statt nur zu warten?

    Nach derzeitigem Stand endet die 30% Aktion am 30.09. 20. Ob es eine Verlängerung gibt, erfährt man erst kurz vor dem Ablauf dieser Frist.

    Hallo @Has,

    wie meinen Sie das? Ich weiß das ich die 30% weiter bekomme da in meiner App die Vertragsverlängerung jetzt möglich wäre

    zum Beispiel mit einem iPhone 11 im Friends Tarif.

     

    Wieso sollte das wegfallen? Das war gar nicht meine eigentliche Frage.

    Sollte die 30% Aktion - wie derzeit beschrieben - tatsächlich am 30.09. enden, gibt es bei einer erst danach beauftragten Vertragsverlängerung diesen Preisvorteil nicht mehr.

    und lieben Dank für deinen Beitrag hier bei uns!

    Bis zu dem Laufzeitende im Oktober bleibt dein Vertrag unverändert, auch dein aktueller for Friends Rabatt. Zeitlich begrenzte Aktionen fallen dann durch die automatische Vertragsverlängerung um weitere 12 Monate weg. Du hast dann aber jederzeit die Möglichkeit, deinen Vertrag erneut um weitere 24 Monate zu verlängern und dich z.B. für ein Smartphone zu entscheiden. Was @Has meint, wir wissen noch nicht, ob es es zu der Zeit den 30% for Friends Rabatt geben wird.

    Gib mir gerne Bescheid, falls wir das Ganze einmal am Telefon besprechen wollen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
