Tarifwechsel Prepaid

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Mobilfunknetz der Telekom. Was allerdings überhaupt nicht geht, ist die fehlende Anzeige beim Prepaid Tarifwechsel. Ist einfach unverschämt, die Kunden innerhalb kurzer Zeit zwei mal zahlen zu lassen, ohne darauf hinzuweisen, dass ein Tarifwechsel sofort vollzogen wird. Das in den hintersten Ziffern der AGB zu verstecken ist natürlich ganz geschickt.

    vielen Dank für deine Nachricht hier.

    Ich kann deinen Unmut verstehen, jedoch wird man innerhalb des Bestellprozesses darauf hingewiesen, dass der Wechsel zu sofort erfolgt.

    Mein Vorschlag daher an dich:
    Bitte hinterlege deine Daten im Profil und wir finden für den doppelt bezahlten Tarif eine Lösung. Einverstanden?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
