Tarifwechsel for friends mit Smartphone in ohne Smartphone

Hallo. Ich habe einen for friends Tarif mit Smartphone. Der Vertrag kann nun verlängert werden. Ich würde hierbei gerne in einem Tarif for friends ohne Smartphone wechseln. Leider geht das online nicht. Ist das überhaupt möglich? Danke im Voraus!

      Hallo @Gelöschter Nutzer,

      ein Tarifwechsel auf einen Tarif ohne Handy sollte zur Verlängerung möglich sein.

      Sollte es im Kundencenter nicht funktionieren, einfach kurz bei der For Friends Hotline unter 0800 33 0034554 melden, die schauen sich das an.
