Mein Wissensstand:
Ab 1.4.2018 gilt, dass Du die Sendungen und Streams grundsätzlich auch im EU-Ausland anschauen darfst.
Aber das heißt nicht, dass für diese Streams auch StreamOn gilt - die gehen halt voll auf Dein Datenvolumen.
Die Änderung ist also ggf., dass Du zuvor gar keine Chance hattest, die Sendungen/Streams im EU-Ausland anzuschauen.
Ich warte jetzt nur noch drauf, dass die um die Ecke kommen und sagen "Deutschland ist ja auch EU - da muss das Telekom Entertain auch beispielsweise an einem Telekom Zuhause Sart Anschluss oder an einem Vodafone Anschluss funktionieren...

Wenn bei einer Option dabei steht, dass diese im Inland gültig ist, dass ist damit ausschließlich das deutsche Telekom Mobilfunknetz gemeint.
