Spotify nach Handywechsel neu verknüpfen

Hallo Zusammen,

ich bin gerade am Verzweifeln. Ich habe die Spotify-App nach Handywechsel (altes ist kaputt) neu installiert und will nun mein Telekom-Spotify-Premium mit meinem Konto verknüpfen.
Ich bekomme eine TAN und mein Spotify-Account: MSISDN .3af2a986-bc06-456c-ba.....
Mit dem Button "My Spotify" komme ich auch zu Spotify. Mit was muss ich mich denn da nun anmelden?
Wenn ich das mit meiner bisherigen E-Mail-Adresse mache, erkennt Spotify nicht das Premium-Abo und bekomme weiterhin Werbung.
Wo passiert denn nun die Zuordnung?
Ich habe schon über diese Community und über google gesucht, aber keine wirkliche Hilfe gefunden.
Hat jemand ne Idee?

    Nein, ich habe Spotify seit 2021 abonniert und will einfach nur wieder mit dem Prmium-Abo nach Handywechsel Musik hören.
    Die einzige Idee, die ich noch habe, ist dass die E-Mail-Adresse, die bei der Telekom hinterlegt ist, nicht die ist, die ich bei Spotify nutze. Leider ist die E-Mail-Adresse so nicht ersichtlich. Siehe auch den Anhang.

    entschuldige bitte die späte Antwort. 

    Hat es inzwischen geklappt? 

    Wollte am frühen Morgen nicht einfach so reinplatzen. Rufe aber gerne mal durch, wenn noch Hilfe benötigt wird.

    Wann ist dafür ein geeigneter Zeitpunkt?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
