Question

Mein Internet ist seit einer Woche schrecklich, es ist nicht möglich, eine Show zu streamen. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, wann dieser schlechte Service behoben wird. Tut mir leid, meine Deutsch ist nicht so gut.

Anna, @Anna J. Herr Klaus S. was just here and did some trouble shooting. The hardware was very slow, but by resetting all settings to factory default it seems to have fixed the speed issues. He did notice  LTE  speed is very slow (2.xx mb/s) even with 3 out of 4 bars on the signal. The line fault seems to be corrected and I am able to consistently get 6.3 mb/s download and maybe 3.0 mb/s upload via Wi-Fi connection.
