Hallo,

ich habe meinen congstar Vertrag gekündigt und einen OptIn für die Rufnummer setzen lassen.

congstar hat mir nun bestätigt, dass die Rufnummer von der Telekom jedoch nicht sofort, sondern zum Kündigungsdatum Ende April mitgenommen wird.

Kann das bitte beschleunigt werden? Ich habe doch extra den OptIn gesetzt.
