Rufnummerübernahme/Kündigung von einer anderen Person nach Ende der Laufzeit

Ich möchte nach Ende der Laufzeit eines MobFu-Vertrages (MagentaMobil M DTAG ) bei T-Mobile zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln (z.B. Congstar).

Die Rufnummer soll unbedingt mitgenommen werden, gehört aber aktuell meinem Schwager (anderer Vertragspartner) dessen Vertrag ich seit Jahren nutze und zahle.

Wie kann ich dies am besten umsetzen?

    Hallo @Moebius1,

    das Formular / der Link von @Gadich sind genau richtig.

    Es könnte nur etwas knifflig werden, da Sie kein Mitarbeiter sind - wenn ich das richtig verstehe - und daher der Tarif für die restliche Laufzeit in einen "normalen" MagentaMobil S gewechselt wird, da Sie keine Berechtigung für den Mitarbeiter Rabatt haben.

    Alternative: der Schwager beauftragt den Vertrag mit Portierung der Rufnummer beim neuen Anbieter und Sie übernehmen anschließend diesen Vertrag.

    Hallo @Moebius1,

    nein, bleibt der gleiche Weg per Übernahmeformular.

    Dann sollte auch der Tarif für die restliche Vertragslaufzeit bestehen bleiben, da Sie ja ebenfalls berechtigt sind.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
