Dear Telekom Customer Service,

I am contacting you regarding an order withdrawal issue for an XPLORA Kids Watch X6 Play and the associated Smart Connect mobile contract. I previously tried emailing but did not get a response, so I am hoping someone here can look into my account.

I submitted a formal withdrawal (Widerruf) for the complete order through Telekom's online portal on 25 September 2026 and received an automated confirmation.

I returned the XPLORA watch via DHL, and tracking shows it was successfully delivered back to Telekom on 26 September 2026.

Despite the cancellation and return, Telekom deducted money from my bank account today (6 October 2026) for a watch installment.

I would appreciate your urgent assistance to confirm that:

1. My withdrawal of the complete order has been processed.

2. The Smart Connect mobile contract has been cancelled.

3. The returned XPLORA watch has been processed.

4. All amounts already paid for the watch will be refunded, including the down payment, and installment deducted today.

5. No further installments or other charges for the returned and withdrawn watch will be deducted from my account.
