Refund issue with prepaid Magenta M contract after cancelation

Hello community,
I bought a Magenta M contract from the telekom store and asked the person that i want to bring my old no as well.
After all the processing he said the no is active, and you can apply for the porting from the My Magenta app.
But I could not found any such option and than found out through this community that its not even possible. It only possible during the ordering process online.
So, I cancelled the prepaid contract right away and than ordered the new contract online with no porting.
Today I received a refund of 0.05 euros in my bank account. But what happened to the remaining 14.90 euros? Is it just gone, like that?
I bought the contract and than literally cancelled it after couple of hours.
Can somebody help me with this?
Because now I have to pay for the new contract as well.
