Prepaid sim

I have been trying to get a prepaid sim for almost month now but every time I login it says the logins are wrong. When I change and reset the password, there’s always an error page when I try to purchase the sim.

      I'm sorry to hear that. Have you've got a contract from us before in the past and used that Telekom LogIn for that?
