Prepaid Guthaben vor Aktivierung abgebucht

Hallo Telekom Team,

ich habe meine Prepaid Karte am 01.06.2019 aktiviert (SIM Karte in Smartphone eingelegt). Das vorhandene Guthaben wurde dann jedoch bereits für einen Zeitraum ab Mitte Mai verrechnet, sodass Mitte Juni bereits das zweite mal Guthaben abgebucht wurde?!

Bitte um Richtigstellung...
